For gravimetric systems, we can certify accuracy through our Accuracy Statement protocol, which is based on statistical measurements referencing the 2 Sigma criterion. This allows us to guarantee precise performance in both batch dosing and continuous flow systems, even with difficult-to-handle products.
Yes, we design our systems with the customer's layout and available interfaces in mind. The machines can be integrated inline, close to processing stages, with the possibility to customize software control, communication protocols, and mechanical and electrical installation.
We design systems for dosing bulk powders or granules with different densities, including materials with inconsistent behavior or that tend to compact. Before implementation, we carry out specific tests using the customer’s products to ensure system compatibility and properly size each component.
