General Dosing was founded in Modena in 2011, but its roots go back to technical experience that began in the late 1980s.
The founder, Francesco Famà, built his expertise by collaborating with various companies involved in dosing and raw material handling, specializing in the treatment of solid bulk materials.
From the very beginning, the vision was clear: not just to offer standard machines, but to support clients in designing truly useful technical solutions, adaptable to their processes and spaces.
Today, General Dosing designs and manufactures systems for the handling of solid and liquid raw materials: from dosing to transfer, from feeding to integration with existing plants.

General Dosing was founded with the goal of creating practical, reliable solutions ready to integrate with real production needs.
Today, we work with manufacturers, plant engineers, and companies in Italy and abroad.
