FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS
THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS A TRULY EFFECTIVE SOLUTION
TECHNICAL INFORMATION GATHERING
We analyze the product to be dosed (powders, granules, liquids), the production environment, layout constraints, and performance and accuracy requirements. We engage with production, maintenance, and quality contacts.
PRELIMINARY TECHNICAL PROPOSAL
We develop a custom layout, an estimate of the expected performance, and a detailed technical and financial offer, including components, timelines, and design solutions.
VALIDATION TESTS ON REAL PRODUCT
We carry out practical tests on samples provided by the client, measuring flow rate, flowability, and behavior during dosing. The results are documented (including videos) to support technical decisions.
PROJECT SHARING AND ORDER INITIATION
If the proposal is approved, we formalize the order, transfer the data to the technical department, and begin the executive design phase: drawings, bill of materials, software development, and production planning.
ACCURACY STATEMENT

In an industrial context where dosing reliability has a direct impact on the quality of the final product, General Dosing has developed its own tool to validate and measure the precision of the systems supplied: the Accuracy Statement.
What the Accuracy Statement includes:
✓ Real-time flow rate analysis compared to the set point
✓ Standard deviation calculation based on the 2 Sigma criterion
✓ Measurements collected via General Dosing’s proprietary control software
✓ Validation of dynamic behavior through PID algorithm
✓ Technical report delivered to the client during final testing

During the analysis or engineering phase, when necessary, we ask clients to send us samples of the products to be processed. In our laboratories, we carry out small-scale tests to validate design choices, sizing, and applicable technologies.
