Semi-automatic Weigh Bagging Stations series MBMW

The Weigh Bagging Stations MBMW are machines whose function is to fill open top bag with a defined quantity of product dosing it by weight.
They are machines that can be used for a wide range of granular or powder products.
The Bagging Stations MBMW are semi-automatic machines that require the presence of the operator to place the empty bag and to remove it once filled.
They are machines that accept different bag sizes and that can dose quantities from a minimum of 0,5 kg to a maximum of 25 kg.
The bagging stations MBMW are constituted by a compact structure which allows to house the bag fitting its top around a feeding duct and supporting it at the base with a proper shelf. The shelf is removable and it can be placed at different height according to the bag size.
The feeding duct is a cylinder with a diameter suitable to fit the bag inlet. A couple of half moon collars with their relative lever locking tools allows to fix the bag inlet to the feeding duct. The duct is removable through knobs and it is interchangeable with others of different diameter which can be provided when working with bags of different sizes.
The whole structure that houses the bag is installed on load cells. A proper weight controller installed on board allows the bag automatic filling for the pre-set quantity.
The load cells are flexion type or shear beam made in stainless steel with protection grade up to IP67, available also with Atex certification when requested.
The bagging station MBMW has a base with wheels that make it easily movable for cleaning operations or to be used in different production areas.
The bagging station MBMW is normally placed under storage hoppers equipped with automatic discharging valve. When the filling cycle starts the discharging valve opens to close automatically once achieved the pre-set weight.
The filling control logic is for sum of weight: once pushed the start button the system resets the weight on the scale (tare) and it follows the progressive increase until the pre-set quantity is reached, which determinates the end of the filling.
The cycle start can be also given by a foot switch, available as an optional accessory.
The accuracy obtainable depends on the diameter of the discharge valve and also on the flowability of the product, or rather the flow rate of the product falling by gravity. Averagely the accuracy is +/- 50 grams.
To improve the weigh accuracy it can be provided a doser, to be installed under the storage hopper, that can be screw, twin or double screw or vibratory type according to the product characteristics. The usable dosers are the ones of the relative series CH,BH,DF and VF with their vertical “T” spouts equipped with their interception devices electro-pneumatically controlled.
The best accuracy is also ensured by using a fast-slow speed dosing. The lower speed is used in the final phase of approaching the pre-set weight. In this case it can be achieved an accuracy better than +/- 5 grams.
The most used construction materials are stainless steel Aisi 304 and 316L.
The surfaces in contact with the product can be simply pickled or also mirror-polished in case of poorly flowing products. It is possible to have the certifications of the contact materials on request.
The outer surfaces are satined 180 mesh. It is possible to have them also glass bead blasted or electro-polished on request.
The gaskets are made in dust-tight rubber , such as SBR or NBR. They are available also with FDA certification on request.
The control panel of the machine has a PLC and a display touch-screen. The managing software provides as well as calibration of the load cells, the possibility to set the quantity of the desired product.
Eventual electronic devices are wired in the control panel to manage the fast-slow speed dosing.
