Weighing systems, as well as bulk handling and dosing equipments, can be completed with PLC and with the electric control and regulation devices needed.

Among the most used PLC brands there are Siemens, Rockwell Allen-Bradley, Schneider and Omron equipped with the software designed according to the required logics. 

Several software applications for weighing and dosing systems are available: sum and difference in weight logic either for batch or continuous flow measurement and control. 

The outline logics are defined at the project level , shared with customers and developed according to the specific needs. 

It is possible to interface with the general plant automation in an analogue mode or by electronic data exchange using Ethernet or Profinet connections. 

Our technical service can provide remote assistance to customers through VPN connection. 

It is possible to provide a supervision software package suitably designed according to the specific needs. The supervision software uses Microsoft Net Framework technology and it can be installed on a PC equipped with Windows Professional operating system. MySql is the Data Base engine usually installed. 

The supervision PC connects to the PLC(s) through a LAN net and monitors the real time trends of the various controlled utilities matching them with the corresponding set-points. The occurring alarms are saved and stored in the database and they are accessible by date and time. The production data are stored and they can be exported on excel.CSV file format in order to allow statistic analysis trends which are useful for the quality control.
